Citizens of Glamour wants you to be happy with your order. We provide detailed information on each item to help you make an informed decision on your purchase. All handmade at Citizens of Glamour are non-refundable. We ensure every product description indicates handmade items so there is no confusion. All other items have up to 7 days to return, from date of delivery, items purchased at Citizens of Glamour for store credit. Please read carefully to make sure your return goes smoothly:

- All returns REQUIRED AUTHORIZATION before being sent to our warehouse. You must get PRE-APPROVAL to return an item. When making a return, please include the original invoice and email orders@citizensofglamour.com as to why you are returning, so we can approve your return BEFORE you ship the item(s) to us.

- All returned items MUST still have the ORIGINAL TAGS on them.

- Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, perfumes etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

- If items are returned in a used condition or missing the tag we will not be able to process the return and the pieces will be either returned to you at your own expense or we will donate them to a local charity of our choice.

- Merchandise may be returned for ONLINE STORE CREDIT only within 7 days of delivery. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.

- If approved for a return, a store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file and applied to your account with us within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

- Store credit codes may only be used for future purchases and cannot be applied to already purchased orders.

- Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return, and 5-7 business days for our return department to process your store credit.

- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. We are not responsible if the items do not make it to our warehouse.

- SALE ITEMS AND CUSTOM ITEMS are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
